High-Powered Breakfast or Snack

Quick!  Easy!!  Delicious!!!  This combo is packed with nutrition:  20g of protein and just 120 calories in one cup of the yogurt (Greek plain fat-free – I used Fage brand), only 6g of sugar in 3/4 cup of the cereal (just 120 calories), and the fruit is loaded with high-quality carbohydrate, fiber, and antioxidants.  This is my current favorite energy-booster for pre-exercise or a quick breakfast.  Simple and easy – my kind of food!  And did I mention that it’s delicious?!
