Party Like a Dietitian!

Note:  If you want your red wine to “breathe”,  put a 4-5 ounce serving in a large glass.  Just be aware that it will probably look like less, and make note of what it looks like in the glass.  My point is really not to tell you how much to drink – it is just to make you aware of how many drinks you are having.  It is not only a weight concern, but a health concern as well!
