About Kim

DSC00573Kim is a registered dietitian working at the Wisconsin Athetic Club.  She enjoys the one-on-one interaction of private consultations, as well as the opportunity to speak to larger groups of club members and corporate groups.  Kim also provides nutrition counseling and education to the students and athletes at Cardinal Stritch University.

Her individualized approach to group weight loss, with a wholistic emphasis on eating as it fits into a full life,  has helped many people improve their lives beyond what is possible with weight loss alone.

This website allows her a creative outlet and the ability to offer support to others with the desire to stay healthy with the passage of time.  When not at the club or blogging, you will find Kim walking her dog Stella, hanging out with family and friends, playing piano, feeding hungry musicians on tour (son Brent is a professional bass player with Allen Stone), visiting daughter Becky in NYC, working out, OR cooking, baking, eating, looking at recipes . . . .  and enjoying life with husband Peter.

  3. Your omlette receipe on the WAC website, sounds so good. My husband Kevin and I will grab the Egg Beaters when we don’t know what to make for dinner. I like the idea of actually mixing a real egg in with them, because Kevin prefers the real thing. I like to make them over the weekends when I have more time to spend in the kitchen.

  9. When will your new app be compatible with an Android?

    • Very good question! When (not if!!) the app is showing signs of success on iPhone, I will get it out on Android. I just want to test it on one device first, so I can work out any kinks. Stay posted! And in the meantime, I would be so grateful if you would tell your i-phone friends about it.
